Parang latok - working version of a jimpul. From Borneo, either Murut or Dayak in origin. 95% intact original rattan bindings. The sheath and hilt more resemble the Murat "jimpul pakayon" than the common Dayak piece. Meant to be worn edge up at the left hip.
