Measurements
A specialty of the artisans of the Czech Republic, this artwork was created
using the technique of reverse-glass painting. The image is meticulously
and individually painted by hand on the back of a pane of glass using a
variety of materials and techniques, and then the pane is mounted in a
beveled wooden frame.
This particular painting is of a Bohemian warrior during the time of the Hussite Wars , circa 1420's.
