Wisby coat of plates

From my Samples, Singulars, and Somethings Completely Different collection -

This is M1A1 Main Battle Tank body armor: a Wisby coat of plates made by Erik Schmitt of Winter Tree Crafts. Originally crafted to fit a warrior with a long torso and a 50" chest and a 40" waist, but the wrap-around design allows for quite a bit of circumference range. The body and dag plates are all 18 gauge stainless steel. This is for the front-line beast that just isn't going to go down easy. This was going to be my Battle of the Nations body armor, but I've decided to go with a later period kit instead. Do you want to survive the most bad-ass fights and crush your enemies? This is serious big badda boom body armor. 19 lb 9.5 oz of first class protection!

I've been trying to start a new trend on facebook: posting awkward cell-phone-and-mirror pics in armor. No sideways ball caps or duck lips allowed. Here's me earlier this year checking out this CoP.

New, this coat of plates would cost $525 with mild steel. I'm not sure what the cost would be for stainless. Posted here at a super-sale price to help me cover some sudden unexpected expenses:
