Roman helmet (wood and leather crest)
A beautifully constructed Roman style helmet with detachable horsehair crest.
This helmet emphasizes functionality and durability, but also
has the parade-gound distinctive good looks characteristic of the headgear of the
regular troopers, or the officers who lead them (wear it with the crest for
officers, without for troopers). Made to be worn by re-enactors, the helmet features 18 gauge steel non-rust construction, adjustable padded liner,
polished brass trim,
and wooden display stand (skull head stand available seperately). A nice solid,
well constructed helmet that will be the pride of any Roman reenactor or
enthusiast.
