"Riddle me this, Robin - "
"When is a spear not a spear?"
"When it's big enough to be a fracking polearm!"
Okay, that was a bad mix of old-school Batman and modern Battlestar Galactica, but this spear head really is big enough to be a fracking polearm. Victorian terms were "ox-tongue spear" or "langue de boeuf" polearm. If this were single-edged it would be a glaive, if it had some wings it would be a partisan (or a Bohemian ear spoon!) No matter what you call it, it's a nice big cut and thrust spear head.
