Tinker Pearce viking sword

While not a direct copy of any particular sword, this sharp-bladed beastie was inspired by historical examples from the early 9th century, most notably finds from the area around Trondheim, Norway, where the circular indentation hilt decoration was popular. Beautiful cutting blade, handsome furniture, peened pommel on a robust tang. The scabbard has suspension points and a period chape. Designed by Michael "Tinker" Pearce, made by Paul Chen / Hanwei to exacting specifications.
