U.S. M1840 heavy cavalry saber

Yup, it's "Old Wristbreaker", the model 1840 U.S. heavy cavalry saber, favored by many on both sides of the Civil War. Don't let the inexpensive price fool you, this isn't one of the eye-rollingly awful untempered slabs-o-steel - this reproduction is a faithful copy of an original model, made from British mil spec 1065 high carbon steel and tempered to pass the British Proof Test (which includes bending to 20 degrees and springing back, wacking against anvil blocks and not breaking, and several other steel tortures). And don't let the sobriquet fool you - while solid, this model saber weighs under 2 1/2 pounds, a fine weight for a useable cavalry saber. The M1840 has a three branch brass guard, black leather grip wrapped with brass wire, and a steel scabbard.
