Based upon the Corbridge Type A, this lorica is solidly constructed in 18 gauge steel with brass fittings and will fit chest sizes up to 44" (over garments). This style of cuirass is composed of four basic assemblies - two collar-shoulder halves and two torso-girdle halves. All of the components are connected by leather straps and buckles. This was the first style of lorica segmentata armor (early 1st century) and was the most comfortable to wear. Fittings are authentically styled and cast in brass. Total weight is 25 lbs. Made by GDFB (Get Dressed For Battle).
