Diavalo dagger

A nice solid, beefy ring-guard dagger / main gauche. Standard wear for the gentleman at arms in the 16th and 17th centuries, main gauche were not just "left-hand" daggers, they were the everyday and everywhere wakizashi of Europe. This version features a diamond cross-sectioned blade, a wire-wrapped wood grip, a solid skull-crushing pommel, a very nice matching sheath with decorated throat and chape, and the most bad-ass quadrangular guard ever.
