Roman cavalry greaves

A pair of Roman cavalry greaves, copied from legionnaires carved on Trajan's Column. Hinged knees articulate back 45 degrees for coverage when riding. Brass ring fittings so that the greaves can be laced at ankle, calf, and knee. A friend of ours recently ordered a pair of these greaves and disassembeled them, using the greaves to wear with our sabatons and the knee cops as spaulders.
