The octagonal steel pommel and guard make this a well-balanced and fast hand-and-a-half sword that is complimented by the hemp wrapped grip with decorative brass rings. Well-tempered high carbon steel blade and tapered guard (the blade is polished steel, it looks dark in some of our pictures because we had to angle the sword so as to not reflect glare). The sword includes a wall plaque and certificate of authenticity. The scabbard is custom made to match the sword of Tiberias. Hand made of wood, covered in rich leather with antique brass fittings. Heavy duty belts included. Sword and scabbard are available as a set, or separately. Made by Windlass Steelcrafts, who made the swords and weapons actually used in the film.
