Nice non-tourist not really ancient but not really new sturdy and servicible
Bornean mandau. (Old weapon collecting Deadheads will get the title reference). Solid and
heavy blade with the remains of writing/imprint - Chevrolet, perhaps? Blade
is not from flat barstock, so that's most likely a joke. Base of
blade is 5/16" thick, tapering down to 1/8" near the tip. Any comments on
possible origins and the imprint are welcome.
