War and hunting club of the Angoni, a migratory tribe of Zulu. This type of
weapon is usually referred to as a "knobkerrie", but that nomenclature was
imposed by the Dutch south Afrikaans and is not a native term. This
particular club was collected in Mzimba, Malawi, in the time of Chief Jere.
Solid wood head drilled out to accomodate wooden shaft.
