By the construction details (socketed, forge-welded blade with asymmetrical center line), this arrow head is from south central Africa. Other than that, I'm not exactly sure of the attribution. The shaft may or may not be original - it looks to have once been part of an "African weapons" display (there are small nail holes in the obviously-cut-down shaft). Early to mid 1900's, may be a touch older.
