Visayan bolo machete. The Visayans also called this style bolo a "sundang", which in Moro indicates a fighting sword. Early to mid 20th century high quality field-grade piece. Crisp temper line and nice hard sharp edge. Possibly laminated steel. Left-handed bevel. The sheath is newly made in the traditional style by weaponsmith Tom Hyle.
