Studded leather Viking helmet

Yeah, yeah, I know and you know that "Viking" is a job description and not a race, but sometimes it's hard to tell just how many people know that given the search frequency of "Viking helmet" versus "Norse helmet" or "Danish helmet" or "Saxon helmet" or "Dark Ages helmet", etc., etc. (pretty nifty how I just threw all of those phrases out for the search engines to find, eh?)

Anyway - leather helmet, Viking spectacled style. Good for reenactors, LARP, actors, and for any social situation when a steel helmet isn't quite called for (or is just a touch too hot and heavy). Made from thick harness grade leather, this helm weighs about 1 3/4 lbs and has a 25 3/4" inner circumference and an adjustable liner (can be worn as is or with padding or with a coif, as you like (and as the size of your head and hair call for - yes, long hair does act as helmet padding, not every warrior race looked like Romans or Normans. Do you know who else had long hair? Vikings!)
