Danish viking great axe

A truly fearsome and highly fuctional modern take on the viking war axe. Tempered 1055 high carbon steel blade is polished and hand sharpened to a bone-splitting, shield shattering edge. The 10" cutting surface terminates in two sharp points, with the upper point used for stabbing, gouging, or parrying, and the bottom point used to hook an opponent's shield, neck, arms, or legs. The shaft of this beast is top-grade Maine hickory. If you want to berserk on a variety of cutting targets (not people, TherionArms advocates responsible berserking), this axe is for you.
