15th century rondel dagger

The rondel dagger was developed as a piercing blade to fit into the gaps between elements of plate armor. This reproduction is based on a French original in the Wallace Collection. It features a hollow-ground 1075 tempered high-carbon blade with a wood grip and steel guard and pommel and a suspension leather sheath. The blade is "edged" but not "sharp" - it doesn't much need to be sharp, that wasn't the point!
