Crecy arming sword

Made by Kingston Arms, this sharp sword represents a considerable amount of time and research into the specifications of arming swords of the period, particularly from museum pieces and tapestries. The forged 5160 steel hollow-ground blade is diamond cross-sectioned with a prominent central ridge that tapers the full length of the blade providing support for the cutting edge and a strong thrusting tip. This sword also features a full tang peened through the pommel, a cord-wrapped leather grip, stainless steel guard and pommel fittings, and it comes with a leather-wrapped wooden scabbard with a stainless chape.
