German kriegsmesser
A magnificently fearsome and sharp German kriegsmesser (war knife) created in 1060 tempered steel by some of the Balaur Arms folks for Cold Steel. Solidly peened pommel and rosewood scales riveted to a full thick tang, with distal taper down to the upswept tip, a wide cross-guard, and a solidly riveted hand-protecting nagel. A wonderful sharp cutter right out of the box, great for two-hand use and balanced weel enough for single-hand. Comes with a nifty buckled suspension frog.
