Yes, you read that right: a 12 gauge mild steel Gjermundbu helmet for reenactment combat. Rock-solid spangenhelm construction, blackened finish 8mm riveted maille drape, hidden bars for combat safety - yeah, that's not "historical" but if you wanna save your face in mass Eastern and Huscarl style reenactment viking melees, it's a darned good idea and passes any historical appearance rule. Less bonk bonks on the head are a good thing, and I'm really tickled to be able to present these to the modern viking world.
