This 1800's classic Highland dirk has an 11 1/2" long blade showcasing crisply etched traditional Scottish foliage and thistle motifs on both sides. A 5" long, swaged false edge and a knurled pattern on the blade back mark this dirk with distinction. The black wooden grip is carved in an interweave pattern dotted with ornamental nickel silver tacks. The sheath is wood covered with leather and reinforced with metal throat and tip.
