Panabas are usually found with a long two-handed grip - this old panabas blade has been rehilted into a shorter parang style one-handed sidearm. Laminated steel blade is 3/16" thick at the base of the blade, tapering to 1/16" at the tip. Carved figural grip and carved figural wooden sheath (which is open at the back spine to accomodate the blade.)
