Mexican boot machete

Mexican or possibly Caribbean made machete, based on a Robert Mole bolo machete blade. Hilt is an impressively detailed western style boot, complete with treads. Fullered blade with wide tip and sharpened back edge. Solid sewn and embossed leather belt sheath (it's not a boot boot machete, it's a belt boot machete!) A very nice chopper that's seen some use in it's day. Early 1900's.
