Silver fitted knife (single edged) from Bhutan, ca. early 1900's. Scabbard and pommel are
wood covered with silver plating, grip is fine silver wire. Blade is quite
sharp, particularly the point - I handle dozens of swords and knives and
random weapons each day, and rarely (knock on desk veneer) get cut or gouged
- this little bugger bit me in the side of the thumb through a work glove
within minutes of my picking it up for evaluation. Not much blood, but
enough to let me know care was needed. Bloodstains not included in purchase
price, you'll have to risk your own.
