This ten part set of various components for the sleeve assembly of a samurai
armor's kote are historically accurate and very detailed modern
reproductions of the parts used on original suits of armor. The set
includes enough pieces to repair one kote set and features the most common
components often found missing or damaged on the kote of original
suits. Two lower finger guards, two thumb guards, two hand
cover plates, two hyotan-gane (gourd shaped plates often found on the
lower arms of many kote), and the upper arm ikanmuri-no-ita plate which is
used for securing the kote sleeve to the do.
